Does this adapter work with DC charging stations?
No. This Tesla charger adapter is designed exclusively for AC charging. It is not compatible with any DC charging station.
Could this adapter work with non-Tesla vehicles?
No. This adapter is designed specifically for Tesla vehicles. J1772 to Tesla Adapter allows Tesla vehicles to charge at public Level 2 charging station (non-Tesla charging stations), expanding charging options for Tesla owners.
Why is My Tesla not charging while using？
Please confirm it is fully inserted to charging port. Verify the J1772 connector is fully inserted into charging port. Confirm EVSE (charging station) is functioning. Verify Tesla is not performing software update. No use if ports are damaged.
